A great day was had by all at the last of our NSWMA Throws Pentathlon Series today at Tom Hunter Park, Faulconbridge.

The boys and girls threw their weight around big time over the weekend at the NSWMA Heavy Weight Weekend. Here are the results of the Heavy Weight Pentathlon.
There were 5 new NSW records set by Jamie Muscat (M35), Gavin Murray (M60), Audrey Muscat (W35), Samantha Latanis (W40) and Gabbie Watts (W45).
The athletics season is now well underway and we are about to enter its business end as we come up to the various Country and State Championships and, of course, the AMA Nationals that we are hosting. I hope that you are injury-free (relatively) and looking forward to it just as much as I am.
