NSW Masters are holding a Hammer Throw Come & Try Session. There will be a component of Weight Throw included in the teaching of the session.

Loation: Rotary Athletics Field, Mowbray Road West, Lane Cove North.
Coach: Maria Cimino.
Maria is a qualified Throws Coach, Official and experience Hammer Thrower, regularly qualifying for the Athletics Australia Track & Field Championships.
