State Association Membership entitles you to:

compete at local NSW Masters Events;
compete at our Australian Masters National competitions, Oceania Masters Championships, and World Masters Indoor and Outdoor Championships;
free access to coaching clinics and online seminars;
membership to the Masters World Rankings website;
receive our newsletters;
access to pathways to become an official

All men and women aged over 30 years are eligible to join, be they social, amateur or professional.

Current membership is $35.00 for the month of September, then reverts back to the regular fee of $50 on October 1

Over 70 plus membership is $25 all year round.

Our masters competitions are run in five year age groups for both men and women, ie:

W30 equals women aged 30-34 years, W35 equals women aged 35-39, and so on;

M40 equals men aged 40-44 years, and so on.

Yes, and they are all listed here on our website. Our Records Statistician maintains state records for all events, in all our age groups, along with assisting with the processing of claims for National and World records.

ANSW Registration + NSWMA Association as an Open athlete will cost $190. New Category 70+ will cost $165. This is a full membership that entitles you to compete in all Athetics NSW competitions (such as Treloar Shield and State Relays), with NSWMA as your Club, and at all local Masters Events, National competitions, Oceania and World Masters Championships. This level of Club and Association membership gives you access to all masters events.

If competing at an Athletics NSW meet, for example Treloar Shield or State Championships:

and your Club is an ANSW one, you should wear your Club uniform
if your club is NSWMA, wear our NSW Masters uniform, click on the Uniforms Link page

If competing at NSW Masters State Championships:

and your club is an ANSW one, wear your Club uniform
if your club is NSWMA, wear the NSW Masters uniform, click on the Uniforms Link page

If competing at an Australian Masters National Championships:

you must wear the NSW Masters uniform, click on the Uniforms Link page

If competing at an Oceania or World Masters Championship:

you must wear the Australian Masters Uniform, click on the AMA Uniform Link to purchase

Note: the official NSW uniform top (singlet, crop top or Tshirt) is the minimum requirement when competing as a NSW representative
