Entry Fees:
$10 - NSW Masters and ANSW registered Athletes aged 30 and over
$15 - Non Members
Events:
- 10:00am Outdoor Pentathlon (This event will follow the female version of 100m, Shot Put, Long Jump, Javelin, 800m) Athletes can choose to run either the Community or Norman Windred 800m Handicap and times will be adjusted for Pentathlon scoring purposes.
- 11:30am Relays (4x100 and 4x400)
- 12:00pm Handicap 800 run - Community Race (non NSWMA or ANSW members)
- 12:10pm Norman Windred 800m Handicap - NSW Masters and ANSW members only
