NSW Masters are holding a Discus and Hammer Throw Coaching Clinic. There will be a component of Weight Throw included in the teaching of the session.
Details of the session are as follows:

Time: Hammer 10.00am to 11.15am
Discus 11.45am to 1pm
Location: Adcock Park, West Gosford
Cost: $10 1 event or $17 for both

Gavin is a qualifed Throws Coach, and experienced thrower. He specialises in Discus and is a regular on the Athletics NSW and NSW Masters throwing scene.
Maria is a qualified Throws Coach, Official and experienced Hammer Thrower, regularly qualifying for the Athletics Australia Track & Field Championships. She is currently ranked #1 in the world in the Women's 50-54 age group for Hammer Throw.
