NSW Masters are holding a Cross Country Coaching Clinic. With the differing terrain that Cross Country venues can offer, this clinic will provide tips for navigating various terrains safely and advice that athletes will be able to utilise in their own training programs.

Lyndal is an Advanced Level 2 Recreational Running Coach and has completed the Athletics Australia Level 3 Trail and Ultra Running Course. She has more than 30 years experience in running and specialises in coaching female athletes.
