Details of the session are as follows:

Time: Javelin 10.00am to 11.15am
Shot Put 11.30am to 12.45pm
Location: Wyatt Park, Auburn NSW
Cost: $10 1 event or $17 for both

Gavin is a qualifed Throws Coach, and experienced thrower. He specialises in Discus and is a regular on the Athletics NSW and NSW Masters throwing scene.
