Gosford has hosted Throws Nights for the last 4 years from September to March and have athletes from regional areas that don't have access to as many competitions. We also get athletes from the Sydney metro area too. The dates over the season will be every second Thursday of the month except the initial night as it would clash with NSW CHS Athletics.
