For an athlete to claim a NSW record, they must be a current financial member of NSW Masters Athletics NSWMA, the state association which governs the sport, and which recognises State records at the time of the event. In addition, performances that may contribute to annual awards consideration cannot be counted if you are not financial at the time of the event in question. Make sure you are covered for the full season by getting your registrations in by October 1st.
As a financial member of our state body, an athlete is also eligible to be recognised in setting or breaking National AMA or World WMA Masters records.
