Who is eligible to join and how much does it cost?All men and women aged over 30 years are eligible to join, be they social, amateur or professional. Current membership is $40.00

What age groups do they compete in?Our competition is carried out in five year age groups for both men and women, ie: W30 equals women aged 30-34 years, W35 equals women aged 35-39, and so on; M40 equals men aged 40-44 years, and so on.

Are records for each event kept?Yes, and they are listed here on our website. Our Records Statistician maintains state records for all events, in all our age groups, along with assisting with the processing of claims for National and World records.

If I want my club to be NSW Masters Athletics how much will it cost and what does it entitle me to?ANSW Registration + NSWMA Association as an Open athlete will cost $190. This is a full membership that entitles you to compete at State competitions such as Treloar Shield and Allcomers and at local Masters Events, National competitions, Oceania and World Masters Championships and to receive the Waratah and electronic newsletters

What uniform do I need to wear and when?If competing at an Athletics NSW meet (eg Treloar Shield, All-comers, State Championships): and your club is an ANSW one, wear your club uniform, contact your club directly if your club is NSWMA, wear our NSW Masters uniform, click on the Uniform tab to order If competing at NSW Masters State Championships: and your club is an ANSW one, wear your club uniform, contact your club directly if your club is NSWMA, wear the NSW Masters uniform, click on the Uniform Link to order If competing at an Australian Masters National Championships: you must wear the NSW Masters uniform, click on the Uniform Link to order If competing at an Oceania or World Masters Championship: you must wear the Australian Masters Uniform, click on the AMA Uniform Link to purchase What uniform choices are there? Women: can choose from the singlet, crop top, racerback or unisex singlet, or our Tshirt. Worn with our uniform briefs, boyleg shorts, bike pants or 3/4 leggings, or with plain navy or black bike pants or shorts Men: can choose the unisex singlet or Tshirt, worn with our uniform bike pants (with or without leg grip), or with plain navy or black bike pants or shorts Note: the official NSW uniform op (singlet, crop top or Tshirt) is the minimum requirement when competing as a NSW representative
